grimtech is an independent tech-recommendation site. We research headphones, laptops, monitors, smart-home gear, and the other things people ask "which one should I buy" about, then give one clear answer with the reasoning shown.
One voice, accountable
We publish under a single editorial identity rather than inventing a cast of fake expert personas with stock-photo faces. There is one voice here, and it is responsible for every recommendation. If a pick is wrong, that is on us, and we fix it.
What we stand for
- Honesty over hype. No "revolutionary," no "game-changer," no manufactured drama. If a product is mediocre, we say so, even when it costs us a sale.
- Evidence over adjectives. A measured number with a unit beats "great screen." We show the specs, the trade-offs, and the current price.
- A decision, not a spec dump. Every review and guide ends with a clear call: buy it, skip it, wait, or buy the cheaper option instead.

How we stay independent
Some links on the site earn us a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. That is how a free site pays for itself. The recommendation is always decided before the link is added, and the commission never shapes the verdict. When it helps, we link more than one retailer so you can buy where you like.
Corrections
Products change. Prices move, models get replaced, firmware fixes things. When we get something wrong or it goes out of date, we correct it on the page and update the date to reflect a real change. If you spot an error, we want to know.
